Description
This Birthright journey to Ghana, West Africa includes accommodations in Accra for 6 nights and Cape Coast for 3 nights, in this order. Breakfast is provided daily at the hotel, and 6 scheduled dinners are provided daily at local restaurants. The transfer from Accra to Cape Coast is included in this offer. At each location you will have onsite hosts from the Nesh Accelerator staff and a personal photographer. As a bonus, a digital photo package from the trip is included in your purchase. As therapists, we understand the value of free time, so trust there will be plenty opportunity for that, as well. We also offer scheduled group events such as a welcome mixer, Accra city tour and market visit, beach/pool party at the hotel, and group discussions pre- and post-slave castle visit over dinner. Add-ons such as Afrochella and Boti Falls will be available in October 2023.
Not Included: Airfare | Airport transfers | Gratuities (suggested $5-$15 per day) | Personal items | Personal excursions and activities | Alcoholic beverages, unless otherwise stated.
Travel Insurance: All trips include travel insurance furnished by World Nomads and Allianz Travel Insurance.

All destinations require a passport valid for 6 months beyond travel dates. You must also be fully vaccinated.
» Additional Requirements for Ghana: You must have a Yellow Fever Vaccination or proof of exemption.
Flights and airport transfers are not included and are strictly the responsibility of the guests.
» Solo Accommodations = 1 person in a room
» Double Occupancy = 2 persons in a room and each person pays the double occupancy rate.
» Minors & Families: Minors are welcomed on all experiences, as long as they are accompanied by their parents.
This is available to you. If you want to be matched, please send an email with “Roommate Requested” in the subject line with your request, and we can share with you if there are matches available. Also, please note roommate matching does not take place until at least 60% of the trip has been paid.
» Greece: Hotel check-in to Athens is on August 31, 2022. Checkout from Santorini on September 7th, 2022.
» Ghana: Hotel check-in in Accra is on December 28th, 2022. Hotel check-in in Cape Coast is January 3rd, 2023. Checkout is January 6th from Cape Coast where the trip ends.
Full itinerary will be emailed to you 60 Days in advance to plan your free time. Free time is given each day with the option of a group activity.
The deposit holds your spot. The first installment will be billed 30 days and 60 days from the initial deposit to the card on file.
Your initial deposit books your spot, and is non-refundable. In the event of incident and you are unable to attend, you will receive a refund in accordance with the travel insurance policy. You must file an insurance claim with insurance for all refunds.
