Book your free 15 minute consultation that allows you to speak with a therapist on our team to find out if we can help with your needs. If we cannot we will provide resources for you as well.
Insurance verification
We will send you 2 links to complete
:
1. Simple Practice with consent forms, and client appointment day and time.
2. Headway will verify active insurance. Fill all documents out upon receipt for fastest service.
